Bray Area Partnership’s Disability Network and Employers for Change are inviting local employers to join us for a breakfast briefing on how to become a more disability confident and inclusive employer.

The event will take place from 8.30-10am on Wednesday 26th April 2023 in the Glenview Hotel, with doors opening at 8.15am. See registration details below.

The panel on the day will feature Christabelle Feeney, Director, Employers for Change and Edel McSorley, Operations Director, Mr Price.

We will look to address the knowledge gap for local employers, give practical steps and hear lived experience from speakers.

Topics covered will include:

  • Diversity of disability
  • Business case for disability inclusion
  • Inclusive recruitment processes
  • Implementing reasonable accommodations
  • Available grants and supports.

An Irish Sign Language Interpreter will be present.
