Eco Christmas Crafts Family Workshop

Join us online with your children for our free Eco Christmas Crafts Kids Workshop on 14th December 2021.

In this fun practical session, your children will learn how to make:

  • a santa from cardboard
  • a penguin from a plastic bottle
  • fabric tree decorations
  • upcycled Christmas cards

from waste materials you have at home...all in the spirit of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!

The tutor is from the Rediscovery Centre, a project that connects people, ideas and resources to support greener low-carbon living.

You must be living in Bray, Delgany, Enniskerry, Greystones, Kilcoole, Kilmacanogue, Newcastle Lower or Newtownmountkennedy to qualify to take part, and priority will be given to people who belong to one or more of these groups:

  • Unemployed person
  • Low income worker
  • Young person 15-24 who is not currently in education, employment or training
  • Disadvantaged woman
  • Disadvantaged family
  • Lone parent
  • From a new community
  • Living in a disadvantaged area
  • Person with a disability
  • Substance misuser
  • Traveller
  • Roma
