
Bray Area Partnership (BAP) is seeking applications for the SPECS (Supporting Parents and Early Childhood Services) Family Support Worker vacancy. The role is for a minimum 28 hours per week with additional hours available subject to funding.
Bray Area Partnership (BAP) works with a consortium of local community projects and statutory agencies in managing the SPECS Initiative, which focuses on evidence based early intervention and prevention work with families to achieve better outcomes for children.
The initiative is funded by Tusla Prevention, Partnership and Family Support (PPFS).
BAP SPECS takes a positive, strengths-based approach to supporting families and engaging with other agencies. The ideal candidate for the Family Support Worker post will be a flexible team player, with excellent communication skills and experience of working utilising evidence based supports with children and families in a social inclusion context.
