- Creative Fashion Upcycling: 1pm on 11th February. Upcycling is great fun and a sustainable way to reinvent your wardrobe. This lunchtime workshop from the Rediscovery Centre will teach you some simple techniques to help you reimagine your wardrobe. Eventbrite link to book.
- Creative Waste Reuse Workshop for Children: 3pm on 18th February. Rediscovery Centre workshop for children introduces the concept of waste reuse & includes a wide range of hands on arts and crafts activities reusing waste materials such as fabric, scrap paper and tetra packs. - Story-telling and Local Folklore: six-week course (one hour a week) starting 19th February at 10am. Call us on 01 286 8266 to book. Relaxing and entertaining journey into the wonderful world of stories. Each week Dave will share stories on themes close to all our hearts. You're welcome to share your own stories too or just listen. There will be a chat at the end for anybody who wants.
- Top Tips for Furniture Upcycling: 1pm on 25th February. During this fun demonstration, the Rediscovery Centre will demonstrate how to prepare your furniture for upcycling, along with painting techniques, varnishing and oiling. Eventbrite link to book.
