With so much happening online in these times, it can be easy to feel left behind if you don’t have the necessary digital skills or confidence to get online.
It can be daunting to know where to start. However, with the right guidance it could be easier than you think to learn these skills and go for it.
Our ASPIRE Social Prescribing service is offering a free 6-week Gentle Intro to Digital Skills course for absolute beginners (one hour a week). Over six weeks, starting on 17th June, you will learn at your own pace how to:
- search the internet
- make video calls
- send an email
- use Zoom
If you don’t have your own digital device we can lend you one!
The course is open to anybody living in the Bray or Greystones areas – including Enniskerry, Delgany, Kilcoole, Newtownmountkennedy and Newcastle Lower.
Call our Social Prescribing team on 083 395 8340 to find out more and book.
This training is funded by the Community Mental Health Fund, supported by the Department of Health, and our SICAP programme.
