Free training for work courses: Safe Pass, HACCP, Manual Handling, Barista, Exploring Your Options

Our autumn 2017 training programme offers a number of free courses to help you get back to work, such as:

  • Manual Handling: two half-day courses on 4th October
  • Barista+: one-day course on 10th November + one-day work experience
  • Safe Pass: one-day course on 13th November
  • HACCP Level 1 & 2: November dates to be confirmed
  • Exploring Your Options: starts November - dates to be confirmed

Who can do these courses:

You can do these free courses if you live in Bray, Delgany, Greystones, Kilcoole, Kilmananogue or Newcastle Lower, and belong to one or more of these groups:

  • Young person aged 15-24 who is not in employment, education or training
  • Young unemployed person living in a disadvantaged area
  • Unemployed person - including those not on the live register
  • Low income worker or household
  • Disadvantaged family
  • Lone parent
  • New community - including refugees & asylum seekers and Romas
  • Person living in disadvantaged communities
  • Person with a disability
  • Traveller
