Thursday, January 28, 2021

This course has started but there are still some places available if you want to join in!

Our free online six-week Yoga for Beginners course (one hour a week) starts on Thursday 28th January 2021.

Learn how to breathe correctly, the foundational poses of a balanced yoga practice and even an introduction to a little meditation.

Classes will take place from the comfort of our own home via Zoom. You will join in and see the yoga teacher, but you will not be visible yourself to everybody else! If you miss a class you can get the playback recording. Give yourself the gift of health this year and join us for some special self-care. This class is suitable for ALL AGES and BODIES.

Starts: Thursday 28th January at 10.00am

Ends: Thursday 4th March 2021
