Healthy Eating, Healthy Ageing
Are you aged 55 or over and looking to improve your diet and health? Our free four-week Healthy Eating, Healthy Ageing course starts on 15th October 2021 (one morning a week), with cookery demonstrations and sessions on eating to balance your blood sugar levels, fix your digestion, boost your immunity and take care of your bones.
Cook, Eat, Share programme
We run regular free healthy eating and cookery courses, such as our hugely popular Cook Eat Share course. The classes are great fun and you will learn how to make healthy, affordable and delicious snacks, lunches and dinners for you and your family. The courses have been suspended during COVID, but we hope to resume them in 2022.
