Bray Area Partnership (BAP) is the lead body in a local consortium of organisations involved in the development of the IMPACT Initiative (Inclusive Measures Progressing Active Career Targets).
The IMPACT Initiative will work with people with disabilities, in the Bray and North Wicklow areas, to achieve sustainable routes to employment, self-employment and career progression, using a person-centred approach involving training, competency-building, mentoring and in-work supports, in collaboration with local employers.
The IMPACT Initiative will operate until the end of December 2022 under the current agreement.

Employment Facilitator with IMPACT initiative
28 hour week position.
Candidates will have a track record of engaging with people seeking to enter the labour market and supporting job placement/self – employment.
