Healthy Food Made Easy is a free course open to anybody aged 18 or over living in the Greater Bray area. You must register with us in advance - see contact details below.
Venue: Little Bray Community Centre
Date and time: starts Tuesday 12th September 2023 10am-12.30pm and will run once a week for six weeks, ending on 17th October 2023.
The emphasis throughout will be on group learning and talking, with a relaxed and fun approach, rather than formal teaching.
