Social Prescribing Bray and North Wicklow

Our Social Prescribing service for Bray and North Wicklow can support you with your health and wellbeing by connecting you with a range of services and activities in your local community, based on your availability, needs and preferences.

The service is open to anyone living in the Bray and North Wicklow area who feels they need support with their health & wellbeing. The programme welcomes those who struggle with the impact of current social distancing and limited social contact, would like to improve their emotional wellbeing, have a long-term health condition, are going through life changing events, or feel socially isolated or lonely.
