Introduction to Facilitation Skills for community groups: 4th October 2023

Our free one-day Introduction to Facilitation Skills for Workers in Community Groups course takes place in Bray from 9am-4pm on 4th October 2023.

The training is aimed at workers in local community groups whose work may involve facilitating team or group meetings, training sessions, group discussions or planning sessions.

To qualify to attend, you must be a worker in a community group with a social inclusion focus, operating in the Bray or Greystones Municipal District area, and working to support marginalised and disadvantaged individuals.

The training is being delivered by Rita Sharkey, from Reflection Training, and will be interactive with lots of time for group work and discussion.

    • Preparation
    • Delivery – running the session

  • Common challenges & overcoming them
