If you're unemployed, under-employed, low income, or meet certain other criteria, we run regular training courses and workshops to help you:
We are unable to run face-to-face training at this time but we're working on developing an online programme - keep an eye on our Events page!
Meanwhile, check out our series of fun healthy eating videos designed for parents and children can learn together how to make healthy versions of homemade pizza, natural fruit winders, banana bread, granola, smoothies and power balls!
To protect our service-users and the wider community during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not able to offer face-to-face services and are postponing any training or group activities until further notice. Please note that for parents of younger children, our SPECS Bray service is offering online and phone support and information.

We are still available to talk to you over the phone and we hope to be providing useful information for community groups via our social media.

Our small, friendly online group classes, via Zoom, are running on Monday evenings 7.30-8.30pm and Thursday mornings 9.30-10.30am.
The new terms start on Monday evening 12th April and Thursday morning 15th April 2021.
