If so, Bray Community Enterprise's FREE 6-week (two mornings a week) Considering Self-employment course will:

  • Help you to identify your own skills and look at how they can be used in self-employment. 
  • Teach you about setting up and managing your own business

Healthy Cookery Courses

Cook Eat Share courseWe run regular free healthy eating and cookery courses, such as our hugely popular Cook Eat Share course. 

The classes are great fun and you will learn how to make healthy, affordable and delicious snacks, lunches and dinners for you and your family.  

The best bit of all is that you then get to sit down and eat the lovely food that you have made together!

Parenting Courses

We provide free parenting courses to support parents and carers in their vital role of parenting.  

Parents Plus Parenting Adolescents

Six-week course - the next course starts on the morning of Wednesday 16th October 2019 (9.30am-12pm) - contact Jennifer Jones or Lorna Lafferty on 01 286 8266 to register your interest.

An evidence-based parenting course that promotes effective communication and positive relationships in families with adolescents aged 11 to 16 years.
